Sheetpan Nachos

Sheet Pan Nachos are everyone's favorite game day meal.

Sheetpan Nachos
 1 package of corn chips
 ½ lb of cooked carnitas, shredded (I purchased the carnitas at the Hispanic Market)
 1 cup cooked pinto beans
 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
 ½ cup of sliced red onions
 ½ tsp kosher salt
 1 jalapeƱos sliced
 1 ripe medium sized avocado
 ½ cup Mexican sour cream
 ½ cup chopped cilantro

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Using a large baking sheet, spread the chips across the baking sheet in a single layer.
Top chips evenly with carnitas, beans and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven until cheese melts, and you notice it's beginning to brown, about 8 min.
Remove chips from the oven and top with onions, jalapeƱos, avocado, sour cream and cilantro.
